Stalking Horse Shiraz 2021

Everything came together so well in this vintage so even these modestly priced wines from Langhorne Creek come up mighty well. This is a generous medium bodied Shiraz with delicious sweet fruit flavours balanced by a slightly savoury cedary element. A sprinkle of spice augments the ripe cherry characters while the oak and tannin balance never intrudes.
