A lovely lunch wine for a dappled summer restaurant courtyard, this wine is the palest of pale pink on a white linen backdrop, and is pretty and floral, with orange blossom and oyster shell minerality. The mineral continues on the palate with pear drop freshness. Dry and fun, and very good value, it requires a second bottle in a flash, waiter please!
