From one of the founding wineries of the Pyrenees in North Western Victoria, this is a racy and quite steely Chardonnay, yet one that wraps a fleshy stone fruit driven palate around the linear core. Plenty of winemaking in here with fermentation in oak and a further eight months on lees. A lift of citrus balances the nectarine and light peachy nuances. Balanced with refreshing acidity, this makes for excellent drinking.
