Tapanappa Foggy Hill 114 Pinot Noir 2021

Share

Bright mid crimson in colour and then launches into a superb array of fragrant yet reserved aromas of rose petals, raspberry, dark earth, mushrooms and tobacco with a delicious mix of sweet and savoury evocative fruits that shout cool climate Pinot Noir. The palate then has good impact and concentration while carrying outstanding subtlety thanks to finely detailed fruits. It’s a light weight and fine Pinot style that shows more savoury and meaty nuances on the palate with exceptional purity and focus. Yes the use of a single clone does make the character quite singular but it’s such a delicious drink that all is forgiven. Pinot lovers will not be disappointed.
