Taylors Jaraman Sauvignon Blanc 2023

An excellent Sauvignon Blanc from the Adelaide Hills, this is near transparent with a beautifully aromatic nose. Full of the tropicals from passionfruit, to mango and pineapple, if a tropical Savvy is your thing then this is for you. A little pear, freshly cut grass and apple as well. Supple and juicy with fine saline acidity and decent length, it will surely continue to age for several years, but there seems no reason not to enjoy it now.
