Taylors Riesling 2021

Share

We don’t see a lot of regional blends for Riesling, but it is not such a bad thing as displayed here, a blend of Clare Valley (78%) and Adelaide Hills (22%) fruit. This is classically varietal. No one is mistaking this for anything other than a fine Riesling, certainly on the nose. Fresh limes, spices, florals, a light dusting of icing sugar and some citrus. Bright acidity. This is an early drinking style in comparison to most Rieslings, soft and slightly fruit forward but full of flavour so drink over the next couple of years.
