Aromas of cut grass, asparagus, lemongrass, pea shoot, citrus and quince with a hint of passionfruit. The palate comes well balanced – citrus-herbals-acidity with the addition of a smooth textural creamy flow – and you can’t mistake that wild lemongrass, sage, gooseberry strong finish.
