Tierra del Puerco = land of the pigs, a reference to the Lienert family’s history as pig farmers in the Barossa. The cute little piggy labels and price point for this wine range is hard to resist. Equally, this Grenache-based rosé ushers in a less-is-more kind of European-style, one that sports the palest of pink blushes, delicate summery aromatics with just the merest touch of musk and a refined flavour of berries, cherry and spice. Brisk as a walk in the snow, with acidity that shines.
