Yellow grapefruit, golden apple and logan fruit. Parsnip, honeysuckle, and wet sand with a hint of galangal and enoki mushroom earthiness. Slightly oily on the palate with a pineapple flesh texture. A great food wine that would complement meaty shellfish…Vongole pasta perhaps.
