Trait Sauvignon Blanc 2021

Like the chenin blanc, it was handpicked and then whole pressed to barrel with one going through natural fermentation before seven months in neutral oak with some battonage to work the lees. It’s unfined and unfiltered so slightly cloudy, but this is a wine about flavour combinations and texture. Has that beautiful mix of primary tropical aromas merged with a thread of savouriness. Crunchy and juicy with layers of flavour.
