Mitolo Masso Montepulciano 2022

Blackcurrants, prune plums, Nyon olive. Carob and oolong tea. Wood ear mushroom, Madagascar vanilla and violets. Linear and supple on the palate with clove, cocoa powder and the chew of Boba pearls. Tannins are grainy and astute with lingering waves of acidity. Savoury potting soil and earth. A classy wine with a natural feel to its form, it’s clear this was in the hands of someone who knows its character. Fantastic. Drink now with Osso Bucco.
