Vasse Felix Classic Dry White 2021

In many ways this is the classic ‘Classic’; it was certainly one of the first and always nails this style of blended white wine. It’s a 62/38 split of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, showing the virtues of this combo in Margaret River. Plenty of crunchy celery and racy fruit characters. The palate is tight and lively with a zesty fruit character. Best for drinking in the short term.
