Vasse Felix Filius Shiraz 2021

I reckon a little extra time in bottle has brought this shiraz around to a point of superb drinking. Love the palate weight which is in the medium zone. There’s a mix of dried herbs across the dark fruit combination. A seamless and yet focused palate with fine chalky tannins and a lick of oak that doesn’t compromise the fruit.
