Vineyard Road Alessandra Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

The fruit here is a mix from their Moppa Springs Estate at Greenock Creek in the Barossa and the Burge Family’s Corryton Park Estate in the Eden Valley. Dark maroon in colour, the nose gives us aromas of dark fruits, spices, cigar boxes and bergamot. With notes of coffee grinds and a little earth, this is a very much upfront style carried by fine, slightly furry tannins. A mid length wine to enjoy over the next five to six years.
