Incredibly perfumed showing ripe red fruits – mulberry and stewed plum, black pepper and dark coffee. Rich and round with great concentration and power, yet displays a gentle restraint which makes this very drinkable. Would be great with a slow beef braise or even an eggplant parmigiana.
