Wills Domain Eightfold Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

This is still a tightly held and somewhat shy cabernet, but you just know there is plenty in the engine room waiting to turn on the power. The interesting thing here is the more pronounced blue fruit aromas with just a little of the varietal blackcurrant. The palate is firmly structured with a tight core of fine chalky tannin and oak. With time this will unfold beautifully.
