Windowrie Central Ranges Sakura Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Sauvignon Blanc from the Central Ranges is becoming more of a thing, which is a good thing. The colour is the palest straw, while the nose gives us spices and slightly herbal notes with a flick of citrus and a flinty backing. This is a clean and focused style, which does see herbal notes to the fore. Good focus, medium length and a soft finish with a gentle fade, so should be pleasurable drinking over the next two to four years.
