There is an ongoing spiciness to this cooler climate Shiraz that really resonates, peppery elements roaming across the palate and going long into the finish. Bright purple hues. Aromas lifted in red berries and black fruits, cassia bark, allspice, oregano and black pepper. A real charmer with easy drinking – and early drinking – in mind. Lively to taste with black cherries and black berries in the lead with attractive Aussie bush notes, dusty, earthy beets, star anise, liquorice and peppery spices. Wears a marked, medium bodied, cool climate stamp which, together with a smart price, is a big attraction.
