Xanadu Circa 77 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2023

A blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Semillon, all from the Wallcliffe sub-region of Margaret River. Fermentation in stainless steel, to retain freshness. Pale lemon in colour, this is a gentle style but brimming with flavour. Tropical notes, hints of passionfruit and a minerally backing tying it alltogether. Supple in texture, this offers ripe, generous flavours and a fine lingering finish. Now would be the optimum time to enjoy, but any time for the next three to four years will see it providing pleasure.
