This hazy 2022 Barossa Roussanne is a wild ride with aromas of apple pie and peach stone, with touches of florals and old oak in the background. Nice tension to follow with vibrant acidity underpinning a creamy, gently grippy texture with nutty, hay complexity providing a strong savoury feel over a lingering finish. This will come into its own with the right food match.
