Zonte’s Footstep Super Trooper Shiraz Cabernet 2019

The slightly longer time in bottle has brought a bright additional complexity to the wine. The combination is such a good one as it brings together the bright plum and cherry characters with a slight mintiness. It’s a firm style with strong though fine tannins and a little oak in support. The earthy licorice and dark fruits on the palate are elegantly presented. Starting to drink mighty well.
