Bellarmine Pinot Noir 2021

Share

For a young Pinot Noir this wine delivers plenty of savoury complexity for fans of the variety thanks to smart winemaking. Mid cherry in colour, it is a modern bistro red style thanks to its blend of supple rhubarb and dark cherry fruit aromas with stalky herbal notes and a dusting of oak. The palate is then juicy, lightweight, and tastes like a forrest floor with its combination of mushroomy, dried herb and leaf litter flavours before finishing with soft tannins. Enjoy with a creamy mushroom risotto.
