Beresford Limited Release Shiraz 2017

Various vineyards from throughout McLaren Vale have been brought together into this excellent Shiraz. It’s just starting to reveal its secondary qualities, but still has plenty in the tank. Ripe plummy, chocolate and spicy dried herb characters emerge from the nose and the palate. A slightly savoury edge to the finish works neatly with the plump richness in the middle palate. A stylish and elegantly defined wine.
