What a pretty chardonnay! A very delicate oak influence, showing up just as a hint of fragrant vanilla, allows a bouquet of florals and fruit to shine. There’s chamomile and lemon blossom with ripe white peaches, juicy Beurre Bosc pears, and a hint of creamy vanilla custard. On the palate it’s silky and medium bodied, juicy and lifted, showing fruit purity and classy, hands off winemaking at unbelievably good value. Drink it with a picnic of crunchy sourdough stuffed with a chicken and walnut salad.
