A gentle hum to the rolling acidity with a sleek dollop of fruit sweetness that curls around to finish dry and succulent. There is a gritty element to the phenolics that makes for a rich texture. This is a distinctive style and a perfect wine for pleasing an array of palates wth is fruity, textural and moreish. Drink now and will cellar well for up to 5 years. Serve with summer salads and chilled prawns
