What a lovely bright, fresh and textural Sauvignon Blanc. This classy young Sauvignon has summer drinking written all over it. It opens up with all the varietal boxes ticked: gooseberry, green apple, citrus, herbals to the fore and a touch of gunflint. Cool, maritime climate herbals are pretty keen, but they are countered nicely by a lick of sweetness which also helps deliver a textural flow. That way, the fruit can play aided and abetted by lively acidity. All round, plenty of Sauvignon energy and good drinking here.
