Castle Rock Estate Pinot Noir 2021

Rob Diletti’s pinots have been one amount the very best released in WA each year. This one is another cracker. Aromas of cherry and light plum with spicy vanillin oak influences. The palate is still quite tight with a firm thread of chalky tannins and fine-grained oak. Quite tight and restrained now but the next few years should see it emerge.
