A generous but well rounded and quite supple Adelaide Hills Cabernet Sauvignon. On the nose you get the blackcurrant and dark chocolate nuances you expect from this cooler climate region. The palate is seamlessly woven together with a subtle sage bush lifted over the darker fruit flavours. Fine oak and silky tannins work harmoniously. Neatly presented wine.
