Chain of Ponds Morning Star Pinot Noir 2022

The aim has been to adopt a range of techniques and approaches to coax the best from the Adelaide Hills fruit. Site, clones and some whole bunch fermentation have combined to create a well structured medium bodied wine of great poise. Red fruits with a little brick dust on the nose. The palate has fine chalky tannins threading through the right red fruits. I like this wine.
