Chain of Ponds Reserve Pinot Noir 2025

The fruit here came from a number of vineyards across the Kuitpo, Lenswood and Hahndorf sub-regions of the Adelaide Hills. Maturation was for eight months in combination of new and older French oak puncheons. A vibrant crimson hue, the nose exhibits notes of cherries, spices, raspberries, truffles and red fruits. A creamy texture, the wine has freshness and energy, with a line of juicy acidity. There is excellent length here and the wine should provide pleasure over the next six to eight years. Impressive stuff.
