Clairault Streicker Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2021

Share

91% Cabernet Sauvignon 6% Merlot 3% Petit Verdot. Beautifully ripe blood plums meet blackberries baked into a homemade pie. A twinge of red boiled lolly, Gala apple and terra cotta clay. Oak spice underpins the fruit with caraway, mace and cinnamon. Acidity sings throughout the palate and tannins are dusty and powdery. The careful blending of this wine allows it to be enjoyed now and have the ability for another 6 years in the cellar. The value here is undeniable. Serve this alongside beef tongue tacos and rejoice in this incredible country and the fruits of its labour.
