Clandestine Vineyards Pinot Noir 2021

Share

It was a very good season in the Adelaide Hills, from where this great value for money, quality Pinot was sourced. It got serious winemaking treatment with hand plunging and 30% new French oak. It’s a bright and lively, medium bodied wine displaying lifted fresh fruit with a zingy mouth feel. There’s been no fining or filtering and sulphites have been kept to a minimum. The slightly powdery chalky mouth feel is a feature as it holds the fruit to a well defined, long finish.
