Colab & Bloom McLaren Vale Rosso 2021

A blend of Italian varietals Sangiovese and Montepulciano, the Rosso brims with tangy boysenberry, red cherry and blackberry freshness, and some depth from cedar, earth and tertiary stewed fruits. It’s a great wine to pair with food (pasta was my choice), where the brightness of the fruit is highlighted.
