Port Lincoln brings some serious intent to its Sauvignon Blanc with classic varietal vibrancy on display here. Delivers zesty aromas in citrus, lime zest and lemon sherbet with pea shoot, a light grassiness and passionfruit pulp. Runs on super bright acidity with a lively rockpool sea spray minerality in play with citrus, grapefruit pith, green bean, pea shoot and herbals.
