Collector Testudo Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

Blackberries, black plums, green bell pepper, new polished leather, Dominican cigar box, dark chocolate (I’d say Dominican again here, 85% dark).  Elegant on the palate, with its bright fruit, judiciously balanced oak, and a savoury aftertaste, this Hilltops Cabernet is a serious example of cool climate Australia. And thanks to that cool, continental climate, all those wines show great aroma, flavour concentration and perfect ripeness.
