Corryton Burge Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris 2021

Australian Pinot Gris comes in a whole range of styles, from richly, aromatic wines to more delicate and subtle styles. This wine is very much in the latter category, and will also appeal to fans of pinot grigio. Pale in colour and with bright fruits, it shows pear drop and citrus aromas with a touch of almond kernel as well. The palate is dry and quite crisp with subtle creaminess of texture again with pear flavours but here also showing a more floral edge. It’s an attractive alternative to your everyday classic dry white.
