Coulter Wines Perihelion Adelaide Hills Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

This is a bright and fresh Cabernet, full of flavour and with some real energy evident. From the Adelaide Hills, it is a crimson/purple colour with notes of dried herbs, warm earth, coffee grinds, bay leaves, smoked meats and blackcurrants. It is supple in texture, focused and with fine tannins. Very good length and balance, this will provide pleasure for at least the next six years.
