Dalwood Semillon 2024

White apple flesh, lime skin and nashi pears, this is a zippy youthful Semillon in all its zesty glory. There is fresh linen and Acacia blossoms too. A cascade of exultant acidity, some Margarita salt and a dry finish. Perfect poured like a luge onto oysters, or beside raw abalone in  the half shell. It’s fresh and buoyant and designed for drinking today or watching it unfold into its limbs and onto maturity in another 18 years.
