De Bortoli YV Melba Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

This is a rich and satisfying drop which impresses from the first sniff. It shows lovely aromas of blackberry, mulberry, olives, herbs and some dark choc and smoke from bottle age. There’s great balance from the acid and alcohol and even a touch of saltiness on the palate. There’s a + as I think it’ll look even better in a few years but it’s drinking really well right now.
