Domaine Naturaliste Rebus Cabernet Sauvignon Wilyabrup 2021

Pretty violet lift and subtle leafy tones with new oak, noted by vanilla and spice, add structure to the Cabernet while the 8% Merlot adds some velvet. Nettle tones add fresh lift as does the bright blackcurrant fruit profile. Do not be deceived – this is a wine built to last, it is mouth filling and broad shouldered with tight chewy tannins that will improve in bottle.
