Earthworks Rosé 2023

Sourced from vineyards throughout South Australia, the grapes are fermented with natural yeasts. The team describe the colour as coral blush – I have no idea what that is. For me, pale pink/burnt orange. The wine offers aromas of fresh strawberries and cream with herbs and gentle red fruits. Neatly balanced with good length and quite a luscious texture, it is bright, fresh and delightful drinking, now and for the next couple of years.
