Epic Negociants The Apollonian Chardonnay 2021

This is a richer style of Chardonnay, albeit with control and precision through the palate. Has a slightly savoury chalky opening on the nose with a little lemon curd. The palate is deeply defined with intense fruit combined with a clever use of oak. There’s a little struck match complexity in there to complete a very good wine.
