So, this cooler ripening season has allowed a slow build-up of savoury characters that are delivered with a little restraint. Some pressings were added back into the free run juice to elevate the flavour profile while retaining its fresh zingy mouthfeel. Has a crunchy tropical fruit character and a nice gentle lift of gooseberry and citrus.
