One of Australia’s most famous single vineyard shiraz; the vineyard has been a continual focus of Prue Henschke in her pursuit of excellence. There is richness and density here yet it’s delivered with vibrancy and lift. There’s a subtle earthy leather character especially on the palate with lots of dark chocolate and dried herbs that are part of the Eden Valley DNA. So seamlessly structured and smooth with an effortless length and palate drive. Has a very long term cellaring future.
