Hirsch Hill Estate Shiraz 2021

Displays the characters of a cool climate Shiraz, on the nose there are hints of black pepper and dried herbs to supplement the typical satsuma plum aromas. The medium bodied palate is seamlessly smooth yet with plenty of firm tannins and neat oak playing their roles. The black pepper emerges again on the finish. A nice alternative to the bigger styles of this variety.
