Hirsch Hill Toolangi Pinot Noir 2024

A lot is happening here, coming from a single vineyard adjacent to the Toolangi state forest. The colour is slightly deeper than the Estate Pinot. The aromas are more intense with an intricate merging of cherry, spice and subtle mushroom earthy notes. The palate is plush but with a firm, tight core of chalky tannin and neatly aligned, oak adding structure. Sustained precise and focused finish.
