Mon Tout Kind Animals 2022


A blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Pinot Noir from the Swan Valley, Mount Barker and Frankland River. There’s been a bit of Pinot style winemaking for the Grenache component in here with some whole bunches used and the wine left on skins in concrete open fermenters before pressing to large old oak. The Pinot is whole bunch and berry fermentation in small open fermenters and ceramic eggs with the Syrah in open fermenters. It’s a flavoursome dry savoury style expressing the red berry characters of these varieties with a little spice adding some lift.
