Howard Park Cellar Collection Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz 2022

A most delightful Margaret River Cabernet Shiraz showing distinctive varietal and regional characters from the start. There’s a leafy floral combination on the nose with traces of cracked seashell and sweet plum emerging. The palate is controlled by a tight core of tannin and oak with a thread of minerality. It’s still a firm wine but it has the structure to develop nicely in the medium term.
