Howard Park Terroir Margaret River Shiraz 2023

Inky purple maroon. The nose offers us plums, cassis, dark chocolate, dried herbs and bay leaves. There is a supple texture here, with fine, if slightly firm tannins and very good length. The wine is well balanced and is supported by a line of bright acidity. Good concentration and a persistent finish. This will drink well for the next six to ten years. Seriously good buying.
