Fruit is sourced from the Tre Stelle Cru, average age of vines is 30 years. Matured for 20 months in 25hl cask and an additional 8 months in bottle prior to release. Dried Jojoba fruit, plum and goji berry. Cherry skin and a potpourri of dehydrated florals. Cumin and galangal. Crystalline rock salt and hessian bag. Silty tannins and slinky acid line. The sensational 2019 is only beginning to show its seductive nature so you’ll need a good couple of decades and more to see its soft and vulnerable underbelly. For now its rock solid in its classic perfume and taut and terrific frame. Drink it now and you’ll be delighted to find a divine mouth watering succulence and heavenly crunch to the red Alpine berries. Drink in 10 years and you’ll uncover the fungi and woodsy forest floor. A true beauty. Serve with pale delicate oyster mushrooms and cream sauce.
